A series of articles about Copyrights in Highly Skilled Japan

Our Attorney Atsuro Tsujino is writing an article about Japanese copyright laws.

“This world is full of copyright infringement. It’s too easy to find good works of others from online and copy and paste them. Everybody knows it’s illegal, but many people cross the line assuming the right holders will never find out. Concept of copyrights is so complicated. And you need to comply with some rules if you want to use somebody’s copyrighted work without getting their permission. Otherwise, the right holders can pull the trigger anytime against unfair free riders.”
