Job Vacancy: Attorney at Law (Global Legal Services & Support for Foreign Clients)
外国人起業家や外資系企業に対し、日本の法制度の架け橋となる情熱を持った弁護士を募集しています。 We are seeking a passionate attorney to serve as a bridge to the Japanese legal system for foreign entrepreneurs and international corporations.
1. 業務内容 / Job Responsibilities
外国人クライアントおよび外資系企業に対する、日本語・英語での法務サービスの提供。 Providing legal services in both Japanese and English to foreign clients and foreign-owned entities.

ビジネス法務 / Corporate & Business Law: 会社設立、契約書作成・レビュー、労務相談。 Entity formation, drafting and reviewing contracts, and labor/employment consultation.

コンプライアンス支援 / Regulatory & Compliance: 日本の法規制（許認可等）に関するアドバイス。 Providing advice on Japanese regulations and obtaining necessary business licenses.

紛争解決・交渉 / Dispute Resolution & Negotiation: 国内外のステークホルダーとの交渉・仲裁。 Handling negotiations and arbitrations with domestic and international stakeholders.

入管法関連 / Immigration-related Legal Support: ビザ申請に伴う法的論点の整理。 Addressing legal issues related to visa applications and status of residence.
2. 応募要件 / Requirements

必須資格 / Professional Qualifications: 日本の弁護士資格（司法修習修了） ※外国法事務弁護士の方は対象外となります。 Admitted to practice law in Japan (Bengoshi). Please note: Registered Foreign Lawyers (Gaikokuho-Jimu-Bengoshi) are not eligible for this position.

語学力 / Language Skills: 英語（ビジネスレベル以上）。契約交渉や書面作成を英語で完結できる方。 Proficiency in English (Business level or higher). Ability to conduct negotiations and draft legal documents in English.

マインドセット / Mindset: 異文化への高い理解と、柔軟なコミュニケーション能力。 High cultural sensitivity and flexible communication skills.
