Dispute and Litigation
For normal civil case, Initial Fee and Contingency Fee will be, in principle, calculated according to the economical benefit as below. For calculation of initial fee, the amount of economical benefit is decided based on the amount you claim for as plaintiff or are claimed for as defendant. Whereas, for calculation of contingency fee, we will decide the economical benefit based on the result of the case. The fee for each case may be higher or lower depending on the complexity, workload and other situation. Therefore, when legal service agreement between client and us is different from the fee below, such agreement shall prevail.

Divorce
- Initial Fee: From 330,000 yen to 550,000 yen (incl. tax)
- Contingency Fee: From 330,000 yen to 550,000 yen (incl. tax) for divorce. If you can get division of property or compensation, contingency fee will be added according to the amount of economic benefit.
